Adhoc routing

i have case to automate the correspondence letter between between departments and employees; there is no pre-define workflow. The document will be route between employees based on the organization structure; until close the case. Here summery of process activities:

The question is how camunda support the ad-hoc routing the workflow not pre-define ?

Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN) is an OMG standard for case management (i.e. only loosely defined flow of activities) that Camunda implements. See the getting started guide and the user guide for details.
