Admin and new users are locked out

Hi
The admin user and any new user created is locked out of cockpi - if I unlock and attempt re-login then user is locked out again

There isn’t a lot of information to go on here.

Can you provide some additional information on your issue. Usually, some useful things to provide are:

  1. Application server, database, JDK version, etc;
  2. Process engine configuration;
  3. The problematic BPMN process;
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue or example project.
  5. Any logs/stack traces that are shown when the process is started.

Currently experiencing the same problem of being locked out of the Camunda Platform.
Error message reads:

“Login Failed:
Wrong credentials, locked user or missing access rights to application”

Is there any authorization flag to check to know why process_engine is locking out users ?

The issue was solved by adding the user to the groupId … privilages were then assigned

Using Postman /group/{id}/members/{userId}
