Camunda 8.8

Hey Team,

We are using Camuna 8.7 with Entra ID. We are in the process of upgrading from 8.7 to 8.8. Could you confirm below things.

When we move to 8.8 there is no need of database for management identity and Orchestration identity.

If so, Are these Orchestration identity information are stored in elastic search as indices? Or somewhere else too?

What about for Management identity where it stores the information. And how to retrieve the information

In Camunda 8.8, Orchestration Cluster Identity no longer requires external databases like Keycloak/Postgres and stores identity information within the cluster’s primary (RocksDB) and secondary storage (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or RDBMS), while Management Identity is only needed for Web Modeler, Console, and Optimize.
