the above flow somehow is overwhelming, all i am seeeking is a simple project or working model where integration between camunda and kafka to and from can be achived

If you want to connect the two databases, I advise you to use Aiven. This is a cloud based provider that supports all major databases, including Kafka of course. The data is processed quickly and securely by the provider, which saves you as a user work.
I have been working with Aiven for Kafka in my job for a long time and have never had problems with database connections or other error messages.
Just try it out!
