Camunda cloud upgrade stuck

I am having issues with my camunda cloud instance being stuck while upgrading. My operate is showing no clusters. My console offcourse has my cluster. How can I resolve this?

I recommend opening a ticket with Camunda support if you are an enterprise customer. This might help you get a quicker response regarding the issue with your cluster.

I needed to create an account. I missed that. I thought I could use my existing credentials. I opened a ticket. It was a security ticket, so hopefully this will help resolving my issues.
