Hi,

Is the camunda-engine still open source starting from version 8?
I don’t need all the other tools, I only use the camunda-engine jar from maven central.

The Zeebe engine is available for unlimited usage under source available license.

What does “source available” license mean? Is it different from being open source and can be used commercially?

You can use Zeebe in your commercial products.
As long as that product is not Zeebe itself, as a cloud service.
