You’ve made a number of fundamental errors in this model.
I think it would be a good idea to consider following some tutorials on how to model with a “token flow” concept and all look more deeply into what the symbols you’re using do.
The first 15 mins of this video will help you i think

It’s a lot better - but not perfect. the first pool can’t really have a bunch of start message events.
It also depends on the exercise you’re trying to complete says.
Hey there, the second model looks a way better than the first one.
If the “Lieferant” Pool is someone external where you don’t know the detailed process it doesn’t make sense to include it to your model. I would suggest to model the pool of the “Lieferant” as a collapsed pool. You still will be able to model the Message flows, which are needed for the other (main) process.
If you leave the “Lieferant” pool expanded you should model the process within the pool fully and correctly. At the moment the process in the pool “Lieferant” still isn’t complete and correct as @Niall already mentioned.

Thank you very much guys. Thats a really important exercise for university. “Lieferant” is external, I don’t know the details. But I have to show it for the Message flow. I dont really understand the message system. I check it out again. Once again. Thank you very much!
