Candidate Groups filter failure

Dear community,

I’ve deployed camunda bpm spring boot starter 7.18.0-alpha5. If I am trying to setup a filter by Candidate Groups with the expression ${ currentUserGroups() } it fails.

I receive Failure: Unable to invoke method ‘taskCandidateGroupIn’ on class ‘org.camunda.bpm.engine.impl.TaskQueryImpl’

If I check the Maven dependencies in my Project, this class is missing.

Does somebody have an idea if this is a bug or if I’m doing something wrong.

Thank you in advance for your help

Regards

Michael
