Dear Team,

This is regarding Candidate users. When the task is related to the candidate users, its not showing any tasklist in the camunda.
Here below image , the candidate users “john, mary” and creating process from demo.
But the task is not showing in john and mary’s task list. Only showing for demo user.

Could you suggest here.

Hi @kedarik
I think nothing is wrong with your process. I guess there is some issue with the Authorizations for these users.

@kedarik Did you create a filter in task list to view the tasks belonging to John, Mary?
By default filters are not created. Also worth looking at Task and Filter authorization if John and Mary has been added to those resources
