Cannot create account at camunda.com

Hello there.

I am trying to learn all the features of Camunda 8 Self-Managed. For that, I am required to create an account to work with clusters and Spring Boot. However, I cannot sign up at camunda! After filling the form at Accounts | Sign Up - Camunda, I got an email with tag “Onboarding Team @ Camunda”, where there is a link to log in. When I logged in through that link, I am getting the response as in the attached image file.

Hi @Ulugbek_Toshmatov, welcome to the forum! I just tried to sign up and it worked … perhaps try the link again? I wonder if there was a temporary Cloudflare outage at that time?

However, I should note that an account is not needed to use Self-Managed. That on-boarding flow is primarily to on-board SaaS users. You can download Self Managed and the Spring SDK separately!

I guess there is no free version of Camunda 8 Self Managed for production use case, right?

@Ulugbek_Toshmatov - correct, a license is needed to use Camunda in production. We do have no-cost licensing available for non-profits, NGO’s, universities, etc. if you fall into that category.
