Can't add new users in my organization

I’m trying to add new users to my organization, and I should have room: the limit should be 5 and I deleted old ones just in case.
The colleagues receive the invite by email

  1. when they click the link the first time they are directed to the log in page, there they are asked for a password (which they never set up), and when they click “forgot password” and ask to send an email to reset the password they no longer receive an email 2) the first “join link” doesn’t work a second time. In the “Organization Management” Tab I see the user as invited but pending. Shouldn’t the first email lead them to a page where they set the password ?
