Database Issue with spring boot Camunda Engine service

Below are the database configurations defined in spring boot camunda
camunda.bpm:
datasource:
driver-class-name: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
database:
type: oracle
table-prefix: user_schema.
schema-name: user_schema
schema-update: false

spring:
jpa:
database: oracle
database-platform: org.hibernate.dialect.Oracle10gDialect
show-sql: true
properties:
hibernate.jdbc.batch_size: 5000
hibernate.default_schema: user_schema
hibernate.order_inserts: true
hibernate.jdbc.fetch_size: 100
hibernate.jdbc.time_zone: UTC
datasource:
platform: oracle
driver-class-name: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
url: jdbc:oracle:thin:@x.x.x.x:1521:orcl
username: user1
password: pass123

We have configured two schemas one with user_schema which has all the DDL and another user user1 which is a dummy user for security reasons. I have manually executed camunda DDL in user_schema

if the schema update not set to false as per the documentation its mentioned table prefix will not work. If I set to false I get below error can somebody guide me is there something I am doing wrong

org.camunda.bpm.engine.WrongDbException: ENGINE-03055 Version mismatch: Camunda library version is ‘fox’ and db version is ‘null’. Hint: Set <property name=“databaseSchemaUpdate” to value=“true” or value=“create-drop” (use create-drop for testing only!) in bean processEngineConfiguration in camunda.cfg.xml for automatic schema creation

@Mithun_Shetty Is this solved? I am also facing same issue
