Design A BPMN flow for Hiring Process

Hello All,

Can somebody help me design a Hiring Automation BPMN.
The BPMN should contain:

1. Two Simultaneous User Tasks
2. if one of the user tasks is executed and the response received is reject then the other User Task should not be executed( incase the user task has not been processed yet).

I am finding the second part to be little challenging.
Here is the approach which i took, can someone suggest me a better approach.

Hello @Niall and @hassang , just to thank you and to confirm that I’ve set it up like this and it works fine [image] [image] so both tasks can be approved normally or they go via the “rejected” path when the approved variable is created / updated with value false
