because on some machines in the forms that have date fields in which these dates appear the error “Exception while resolving duedate: invalid format”, but entering the same date on other machines works

It would be helpful if you could provide some screenshots of successful and failing entering of dates. Also, any logs would be also helpful to understand the issue.
