Edit deployed dmn decision table

Hello community,

Is it possible to edit deployed dmn decision tables during runtime?
I read in past topics that this might possible but can’t find more details.
How? Who?
Business rules are mainly dedicated to non it users, would they be able to perfom the changements needed?

this is an enterprise feature of the cockpit.

However, the edit deploys a new version.
