Email message start event

Hi,
I’m creating a process which starts with the out-of-the-box email message start event from camunda.
I’m using a gmail account for it and I’m able to use a email connector task to send emails, but I’m unable to start the process as nothing ever happens when a email is recieved by the gmail account.
I followed the documentation from: Email connector | Camunda 8 Docs

Anybody that has experience with this connector able to give some tips or insights?
Anything is welcome!

can you show how you’ve configured the connector?

What you need is Email inbound Connector. It looks like you selected Email Outbound Connector.

The following field are the only things I configured, the rest I left as is.

We got it to work by using the folder to listen and it’s working now!
