Hello. After subprocess next task returns 204 for GET /task/id/identity-links request, but in diagram group id exist in Candidate Groups task prop.

The REST sub-resource you are referring to is to get users and groups which are in some relation with that specific running task.
Are you sure that your task is a pending task “in running state” and has value(s) set for assignee, owner, candidate group(s) or candidate user(s)?
Have you managed to find such information for your specific task using cockpit app in “User Tasks” tab of the detailed information panel
