Building a new first Service Page says that one need to have Admin app access on dev / lab.

But it is broken on suggested tags/0.8.0 branch and not available tags/0.6.0 either (records container doesn’t get up there besides multiple other issues, also to add the Environment page is broken, it’s mentioned in one the issue that instruction for tags/0.6.0, but what those are may be? missing in git)

So, how doe one get a new service up?
Do we have the good guide with the new set of tools, Traefik, Consul etc which broke it supposedly.
