Hi everyone,
I have recently started exploring Camunda but can’t seem to figure this error out.
When i deploy a simple process with a Camunda Form I get the Error "Form Failure: " without any additional statement when trying to do the task from the tasklist.
Since I can only upload one image as a new user you can find all (at least I hope) information in this beautiful collage.
Might be just a stupid error from my side, any help is greatly appreciated!

Can you upload your model? It would help us see how the form is configured in the model, which is most likely the cause of the error.

Hi David, thanks for your swift reply!
The model is not very mature, beyond the first tasks its a mess in terms of form reference, input and output so please disregard that :).

I resolved it, my mistake was deploying the form and the model seperately.
Nontheless, as a note to the developers, it might be smart to include a more informative error message instead of just "Form failure: ".
