Health indicator not found in yaml property hierarchy

As per docs health endpoint is, camunda.bpm.management.health.camunda.enabled

Actually, in springboot 2.1.x, the property is management.health.camunda.enabled

So the docs need to be maintained/updated separately for SpringBoot version >=2.x.x & <=2.x.x.
