How to execute service task after a timer?

hello , i used a Timer Intermediate Catching Event in my process when the execution arrives in the catching event activity timer is started and when the time is out the catching event , it became red but the service task after the timer don’t execute ?

How did you deploy the process? E.g. via modeler, via the REST API, as part of a process application…

Hi @ahmed_elbenna1 did you find the solution, I am facing similar issue where service task after a timer event is not firing. My application is deployed in websphere as war.
