IDP Template creation error

I’m trying to create a IDP template using Amazon Bedrock and Claude Sonnet 4 Foundation model. However, I’m getting the following error ( screenshot attached) every time.

Can you please guide me to resolve this issue?

Hi @KiranBee - how do you have Camunda deployed? I am assuming it is a self-managed deployment of some kind. This looks like a networking error.

No, this is on the SaaS environment of Camunda. Not self-managed.

@KiranBee - interesting! Is the error still happening? If so, can you share how you’ve configured IDP? (Redact any secrets of course!)
