Is it possible to change onPart or ifPart in CMMN sentry on runtime?

Hi,
I know that onPart and ifPart are defined in XML file but I have to be 100% sure: is it possible to change onPart or ifPart in CMMN sentry on runtime?

There is no use case at now. I’m just checking CMMN abilities for my future project.
