Operate not showing process instances

Hi,

I’m running Camunda Self Managed 8.2.5 and I’m seeing a problem similar to the one described here: Operate not showing running instances processes list.

Process Instances show ok on TaskList and Optimize, but they are not showing in Operate. I’m able to publish a new process definition and start a process instance but Operate does not show anything. The behavior seems to have appeared overnight (we used the environment ok on Friday and it was unusable on Monday).

I have checked the elastic search indices and it shows that operate has not read anything since friday, whereas tasklist and optimze have.

Any ideas as to how to proceed in this case?

Well it seems that Operate got out of sync with Elasticsearch

If you’re facing this and are on 8.2… don’t sweat it, upgrade it!
