Prevent Camunda automatic retry of 3 times for one specific delegate in the process

Hi, How can I prevent Camunda from doing automatic retry of 3 times for one specific delegate in the process when an exception occurs. Camunda should make an incident right away instead of doing it after the 3rd retry.

This is exception and not a BPMN error. I assume BPMN errors won’t be Camunda incidents and need to be manually handled in the process definition.

set RetryTimeCycle as R0/PT5M. If it is a MultiInstance Camunda delegate then set the RetryTimeCycle value of the multi-instance section and not the outer section

Hi Chris, I analyzed the problem best on the unit test template. My embedded process engine did not set the FoxFailedJobCommandFactory + ParseListener but the unit test template does so the retry was only set to specified value when executing test with unit test template.
