Process Instance Load Variables Authorization

Main Goal: Let Tasklist User see Process Variables.

I’ve looked high and low and can not figure out how to enable a user group to see the Process Instance Variables.

We are in the early phase of BPMN and our Custom Forms are lacking so we rely on user to be able to see the variables to know what data they need to look up records in external apps, but eventually we hope to get our User Task Form much more robust.

I’m not sure if they need Cockpit Read Access, Process Definition and Process Instance authorizations.

Also, I’m not sure if they need access to Process Instance as well…

Any help would be greatly appreciated…

Found the solution for those in the future.

Add Authorization for Application Cockpit
Process Definition
Process Instance

For out purpose we only need READ so we limited each to to be read-only.
