Sorry Niall, I finnally found the reason.
I install Camunda 7.16.0 ( on Tomcat) on both Ubuntu 18 and MacOS.
Everything is fine on Ubuntu, BPMLast is displayed and run normaly.
But on MacOS it does not work.
