Question about gateway usage

Hi everyone,

I am rather new with modelling and I have a question about which BPMN sign would be most suitable:

Imagine that an employee (Nadja) sends out a request to receive prices from 5 different departments for a specific project. Nadja contacts the departments individually but almost around the same time. Nadja does not wait until she receives every price from the 5 departments before she starts filling in the prices. She rather fills the price into the price overview, whenever she receives a price from one department. Is there a simple way of modelling it? Which one is the right gateway for it?

I would propose a multi instance subprocess to handle our situation. The process may look like this:
