Removal time not set, but history table is cleaning

Hello,

here is my config, it is the standart config by Tomcat distrubution 7.15.

<property name="history">full</property>
<property name="databaseSchemaUpdate">true</property>
<property name="authorizationEnabled">true</property>
<property name="jobExecutorDeploymentAware">true</property>
<property name="historyCleanupBatchWindowStartTime">00:01</property>
</properties>

In my case, the removal time for the process instances are not set, in the database the removal time is Null. But the completed process instances are removed from the history table after a while. My question is, at a default setting, based on what removal time does the historyCleanupBatch (name=“historyCleanupBatchWindowStartTime” 00:01) work?
