SaaS: privacy-related questions

Hi,
for our customers, it is often important where individual cloud services store the processed data. In this respect, they frequently ask us questions about Camunda SaaS such as:

  • Does Camunda SaaS also use resources from other cloud providers such as Google, AWS, …?
  • Does Camunda guarantee that the data processed in my cluster remains exclusively in the region where the cluster is running?
  • Which / how many regions does Camunda SaaS offer within the EU?

I have not yet been able to find any further information on this. Can anybody help?

  • Camunda SaaS runs on Google Cloud resources.
  • The data stays in the region where the cluster is running.
  • At the moment Camunda SaaS runs in Belgium in the EU.
