Hi fellow Camunda-Fans,
as I am currently busy learning about Camunda, I came along the question if it´s possible to use your own custom icons for Camunda 7 Activities in the Desktop modeler.
As far as I know that is not possible and there was an evaluation of the Camunda Team, not to develop this. See: Support template icons for Camunda Platform 7 · Issue #2931 · camunda/camunda-modeler · GitHub
I created an individual plugin, that uses the icon value of your Tasktemplate, and updates the Activity with your own Icon. It´s just helping visually, no other functionality is implemented.
I thought this might be of help, as I have came across a few guys asking this. Feel free to comment, add, correct!
