The cockpit shows a user task even if there is no task

When i try to see the tasks in a process-instance from cockpit , it shows 2 tasks .
BUT , when I see it via the REST-API it shows only one task .

Are these tasks in difference process instances?
what happens when you run:
http://192.168.1.19:9090/engine-rest/task
