Trigger a message event by starting a process

Hello,

I want to start a process in the tasklist which triggers a message throw event to another process. In addition the process should have a business key and a name for the message event.

My intention is that instead of using postman I just want to be able to trigger message events directly from the tasklist.

How can I model such a process?

One option would be to build a tasklist plugin that has a button which implements this rest call
