Unable to add user to organization

We are currently evaluating the Camunda Cloud system (free tier). I wanted to share my work with two colleagues, but one has been added successfully and the other has not, remaining stuck in the pending state. The invite link does not work for him, nor does deleting the user and re-adding it. Is this the right forum to discuss this?

Hi @jodastephen, has the stuck user activated his account in Camunda Cloud? That’s the first thing to check.

If he has, I suggest hoping into the #cloud channel in the Camunda Cloud Slack and asking there.
