zeebe-distribution version: 0.26.0
So, whenever I try to run the broker.bat I am getting the following error:

2021-03-04 21:08:33.458 [Broker-0-HealthCheckService] [Broker-0-zb-actors-0] ERROR io.zeebe.broker.system - Partition-1 failed, marking it as unhealthy
and because of this when I try to register the job handler I am getting another error like:
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Expected to activate jobs of type ‘user-task’, but no jobs available and at least one broker returned ‘RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED’. Please try again later.
Not sure about the exact cause.
Any help on this issue will be appreciated.
