An error happend while submitting the task form : Internal Server Error

Hi to all.

I would like to ask something which has to do with the submission of my task form in Tasklist.
I have added all the values in my list and when I decided to clear the name of my added (uploaded) file from the input file field and clicked on “Complete” to submit my task form, I took the following message as it seems in the following screenshot:

But when I appeared again the name of my added (uploaded) file in the input file field, I managed to submit my task form as you can see in the following screenshot:

Does anyone know why this happens with the file input field ?

Hi Steve,

are you sure that you successfully completed the form the second time? A screenshot of your network dev-tool would be helpful.

I 've just checked again the submission and I saw again that I can submit my task form only when the name of my added (uploaded) file is appeared next to the file input field.

I can’t understand exactly what do you mean by saying “successfully”. I can fetch and see all my added values in the next user task form of my process if you mean this.

I wanted to attach here a screenshot of my dev-tool but when I press F12, nothing happens in my browser page. :confused:
