I have a question regarding the process you can see below (which is actually 2 processes working together).
In the top process you can see that I have a user filling out a form and validating it. As soon as he validates it, the system generates automatically an email that is sent to the same person, to confirm that his request was submitted. I do not know how to model this. My best attempt is shown in yellow in the picture, however it does not seem right.
Please note I am NOT doing this with the intention of automating the process, I am just trying to represent business process model to better communicate with the business (so it is important to show an email is sent).
