Best way to Timer Delay a User Task if Uncompleted in Time Period

We are trying to put a Timer Delay on a User Task so if the user does not complete it manually after a specific time period, the task will forward to next Task.

What would be the best way. Here is the best I’ve come up with.

A direct flow for the Manual and a Timer Delay for the automatica after duration.
