Help with BPMN depiction. I need to depict the following requirements into process digram:

At any time, the Sales department must be able to see the progress of their prospective clients cases. At any
time, Sales may change the priority of the onboarding case to “High”, when this happens the operations admin
division should acknowledge the change and ensure that the case priority has been changed

Are you starting with an existing process and these features need to be added?
If so - can you upload that process?
