customer pool is a black box
this will say that the message event doesnt have incoming and outgoing sequence flow
anyway that i can solve this issue? or this the bpmn above is still considered valid?? please advise!!
Hey,
since the customer is a black box pool the “Warning email received” must not be visible inside the Customer pool. Rather according to BPMN specification, you must direct the message flow to the boundary of the customer’s pool.
If you modeled this diagram, I kindly recommend you to use Camunda Modeler or Cawemo, since they provide better layouts and easier modeling. I have used the tool that is shown in the image, and by far Camunda Modeler prevails over it
