Dowloaded the “Camunda Showcase for Spring Boot & Keycloak Identity Provider” and added the dependencies for sprung-boot as documented, the server seems to start ok and give the message: "NCT-01004 Discovered provider for connector id ‘mail-send’ but trying to upload a BNMP from Modeler I receive the above message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sure: it is very simple: I want to send an Email to the approver.

I suspect a collision between the spring-boot setup if the Identity Provider, as both work flawlesy in separated environments.
