I checked it and I can find 7.19.0 alpha releases information
I am searching for 7.19.0 Camunda platform release note just like below release notes
For 7.18.0 : Camunda Platform 7.18 Released - What’s New | Camunda
For 7.17.0 : Camunda Automation Platform 7.17.0 Released | Camunda

is it available same kind of release note for Camunda platform 7.19.0 release ? or can we consider the "Camunda Automation Platform 7.19.0-alpha4 release note as the 7.19.0 release note ?

I believe that there is not a complete report of all releases of version 7.19…

You will have to check what was updated in each of the alpha releases that occurred, to make it easier I will leave the link to the alpha releases below:
