Camunda 7.20 - End of Java 8 Support

On the following page is announced that with Camunda Platform 7.20 the support of Java 8 will end. Does it means that version of Camunda will not run anymore on application servers with Java 8 ? I wonder because on the Camunda 7.20 page (latest) it is still listed.

Hi @gizmo1177,

We indeed stop supporting Java 8 with Camunda 7.20.

The reason why it is still listed under “Supported Enviornments” is simply that we yet not tackled the task to adjust/cleanup our codebase and the documentation.
