I think we don’t have the binding option for DMN in Camunda 8 which we had in Camunda 7 modeler. Could any one help me on this if any other option to achieve the same functionality in Camunda 8 ?

latest is used by default and the only option at the moment.
As a workaround to evaluate the DMN you want to use, you can introduce a naming schema for DMN Ids and use a feel expression for the Decision ID in the business rule task.
