Camunda 8 Self Managed Non-Commerical License still valid?

I work for a small company and would like to know if this type of license is still valid for small businesses.

These two links mention that there have been some changes:

Licensing Update for Camunda 8 Self-Managed | Camunda

The non-commercial license is valid for non-commercial use listed there and available by request to Camunda:

* Hobby project (i.e. for personal use only, not in professional work environment)
* Non-profit organization/NGO that could benefit from process automation (please see our Camunda for Common Good program)
* Educational or research purposes

Depending on the use case, these could also qualify for a non-commercial license:
* For-profit organization with a humanitarian or philanthropic goal that could benefit from process automation
* University, small business, or start-up looking to automate small processes

If your company does not meet these conditions, you must purchase a license for production use. It’s not about the size of the business but rather whether it operates commercially or as a non-profit(and even in this case you have to fill out the form to get the license).

Regards,
Alex
