Hi everyone,

I’m exploring Camunda 8 in a self-managed production setup and would like some guidance regarding the pricing structure.

Specifically:

  1. I plan to use only the Zeebe orchestration engine, without Tasklist, Operate, or other components.
  2. Does the pricing depend on:
  • The number of Zeebe broker instances I deploy?
  • The number of workflow instances executed?

Any insights into the licensing or cost structure for this minimal setup would be greatly appreciated!

In general, we charge based on execution, so there is no difference in price if you don’t use our web applications.
