Has anyone tried to integrated OptaPlanner to Camunda process engine?
OptaPlanner can enable to share tasks fairly between users.
For example, one task has assigned to one group with 10 users.
System should automatically decide which user of 10 will proceed the next task.
The planner should consider different rules when making decision:
- how busy are group users;
- consider the holidays
- consider user performance personally
