After a very good hint from @aivinog1 I am happy to share that I started off a GitHub repository for a Camunda Cloud self managed trouble shooting guide.
As of now the repository is still very empty since I am waiting for your troubles. 
If you have any suggestions what problems to cover in this guide open up an issue!
