Camunda Dashboard Black Screen – Browser Rendering or Platform Bug?

Hi Everyone,

I have encountered an intermittent issue where my Camunda dashboard occasionally goes completely black screen during use, even though the underlying processes remain active.

Iam unsure if this is caused by browser rendering problems or a bug within the Camunda platform.

Has anyone experienced this, and what troubleshooting steps or fixes have you found effective? Thank you in advance.

Hi @cowem, welcome to the forums! What version of Camunda do you have deployed? How did you deploy it? What dashboard is showing a blank screen?

thank you for your response ,Iam using Camunda deployed via Docker, Kubernetes, standalone, etc. The specific dashboard, Tasklist, Cockpit intermittently goes black screen while the processes keep running.

I have tried different browsers but still face the issue. Could this be a rendering or deployment-related issue? Any suggestions?
