Hi,
Any plans to put the Camunda Modeler on Homebrew or Cask? It makes updating the modeler often much more easy for Mac OS users.
For Windows users I only know of Chocolatey but back in the days I was the only one using it …
Kind regards

Hi Neville,
as it is an open source project, you could do it yourself and maintain it
Or you could ask for an auto-update feature for the modeler like the atom editor has. The modeler and atom both use electron underneath so it should be doable. There is this issue: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/issues/20
Cheers,
Christian
Looks like @jangalinski did the effort.

Good news: seems like there is an automatic updater now, check https://github.com/brianmorton
He scans periodically for updated binary releases and does the PR to cask automatically. 1.15.0 and 1.15.1 just “happened”. Nice!
This appears to be broken.
Trying to download 1.16.2 and getting checksum error:
brew cask install camunda-modeler
